Which video links can I use?
Clipjar currently supports public TikTok video links, including vm.tiktok.com and vt.tiktok.com share links. Private, deleted, restricted, and non-video posts may not be available. Other platforms aren’t supported yet.
Will my video have a watermark?
Clipjar downloads the version made available by the source. A watermark-free version may be available, but we can’t guarantee that every video will be watermark-free.
Does the download include sound?
Audio is included when it’s available in the source video. Muted videos, unavailable audio, or source restrictions may affect the result.
How do I save a video on my phone?
Prepare your video, then tap Download video. Your browser may put it in Downloads or ask where to save it. On iPhone or iPad, use Files to find the download and the Share menu to save it to Photos when available.
Why didn’t my link work?
Check that the link opens a public TikTok video. The post may be private, removed, or restricted, or TikTok may be temporarily unavailable. If you’ve made several requests, wait a minute before trying again.
What happens to the link and video?
Your link is sent to our server to prepare the download. The temporary video file is eligible for deletion after one hour. See our Privacy Policy for details.
